Description
The cGMP Laboratory Technician performs in-process and lot-release testing for cell therapy products, including cell counting, flow cytometry, ELISA, cell-based cytotoxicity, and dPCR. The role also manages samples, controls, and reagents; supports vialing, cryopreservation, cell-line maintenance, equipment maintenance, method qualification, OOS/OOT investigations, and cGMP documentation. It is primarily a Monday-to-Friday, 5x8, 8AM–5PM ET position with occasional rotational weekend work, and requires a bachelor's or associate's degree in biology or an equivalent field plus relevant cGMP laboratory experience.
