Home Chef is hiring a QC Lead to perform all QC Technician responsibilities while providing on-the-floor coaching, training, and retraining to new and less experienced associates. The role includes verifying equipment, ingredients, scales, tools, labels, portioning, meal bagging, shipping-line and final-box verifications, temperature checks, ingredient inspections, food-safety and quality escalations, and facility GMP and SQF support. The position follows a day shift from 6:15 AM to 5:30 PM with Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday off, requires no travel, and offers a Maryland base salary of $23.50 per hour.
