Description
The Quality Lead oversees day-to-day quality operations in a PCBA manufacturing facility, supervising quality technicians and inspectors, coordinating inspections, approving quality documentation, monitoring defect and yield metrics, leading root-cause and corrective actions, supporting audits and continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with IPC, ISO 9001, and customer requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, offers an associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics or manufacturing as preferred, and seeks 2+ years of electronics manufacturing or process-support experience.
