Aleut Federal is hiring a Quality Control Manager to provide on-site leadership and oversight of construction quality control programs across the DMV region, including Patuxent River, Maryland. The role manages quality procedures, inspections, submittals, documentation, corrective actions, subcontractor performance, project closeout, and compliance with contract, regulatory, and safety requirements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar field, 7–10 years of progressive construction quality control management experience, and specified certifications. The position is onsite, may require travel of up to 30%, and pays $115,000–$125,000 with health, dental, vision, paid time off, disability, life insurance, and retirement benefits.
