Bizzell US is hiring a Quality Control Manager to oversee custodial services for a large-scale U.S. Army contract at Fort Hood, Texas. The role manages the contract-specific Quality Control Plan, conducts scheduled and unscheduled inspections, verifies compliance with performance standards and Acceptable Quality Levels, tracks deficiencies and corrective actions, prepares quality reports, analyzes trends, and coordinates with QC inspectors, the Program Manager, operational personnel, and Government representatives. The position requires at least two years of relevant custodial service experience, knowledge of commercial custodial practices and quality-management processes, ability to supervise QC inspectors, and regular travel throughout the Fort Hood installation. The stated salary is $65,000-$85,000.
