Description
The Quality Control Manager owns the Contractor Quality Control Plan and the three-phase control process for a construction project, verifies installed work against contract documents, manages submittals, testing, inspections, rework, and closeout documentation, and certifies deliverables before government acceptance. The role has authority to reject nonconforming work and halt operations until deficiencies are corrected. It is full-time and contingent upon contract award, final scope, and project requirements.
