Description
The Quality Control Department Manager directs and coordinates the Quality Control Department, oversees concrete production inspections and quality documentation, ensures products meet project specifications and industry standards, coordinates corrective actions, and leads, trains, and evaluates quality control personnel. The role requires PCI Level II certification, a high school diploma or GED, preferably a related college degree, and at least five years of experience in the precast concrete industry. It is a full-time year-round position with medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days, profit sharing, overtime availability, and a 401(k) match.
