GTC is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to elevate their quality control function. This leader will serve as the subject matter expert in inspection and metrology, building teams, setting high standards, and ensuring product excellence. Responsibilities include leading the entire Quality Control organization, managing training programs, identifying inspection capabilities, establishing performance goals, supporting strategic development, monitoring inspection efficiency, verifying product conformity, overseeing nonconformance documentation, ensuring process adherence, and providing expert guidance on metrology.
