Description

The Levice Quality Control Manager at Haleon is responsible for overseeing the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of all materials and products manufactured at the site. This involves leading a multidisciplinary Quality Control team, implementing robust analytical and microbiological systems, and ensuring adherence to various regulatory frameworks such as GMP, HACCP, ISO, MDR, and Cosmetics regulations. The manager will foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, manage the Quality Control budget, and act as a key representative to regulatory authorities.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: management leadership experience in Quality Control in manufacturing environment.
experience in a consumer/pharmaceutical/biotech/ medical device/food/cosmetics industry or equivalent manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
Significant direct people leadership experience.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for tactical and strategic decision-making.
Excellent project management and communication skills
