Intrinsic Development is hiring a Quality Control Manager to oversee construction quality across multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. The role is hands-on and field-focused, involving regular site inspections, evaluation of workmanship and materials, development of quality procedures, identification and documentation of deficiencies, coordination of corrective actions, and support of project closeout activities. The position requires at least five years of relevant construction experience, strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems, the ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and regular travel to active job sites.
