Lily and Fox is hiring its first dedicated Quality Control Manager to own end-to-end inspection and quality control operations, lead and expand the Quality Control team, perform inspections, track KPIs, improve processes, manage supplier quality standards, and support on-site manufacturing in Illinois. The role is full-time and on-site, requires at least two years of experience in print quality, pre-press, or print production, and offers a salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year plus equity and company-paid insurance.
