Mack Industries is hiring a full-time Quality Control Manager to lead quality initiatives in its precast concrete manufacturing facility. The role oversees inspections of forms, reinforcement steel, materials, and finished products; interprets engineering drawings and concrete mix designs; communicates with the batch plant; documents quality data; investigates and resolves discrepancies; and supervises Quality Control Technicians. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and basic computer skills.
