Description
Southwind Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality-related activities on assigned construction projects. The role manages the 3-Phase QC Program, coordinates inspections and testing, documents compliance, supports permitting and close-out, and may serve as the Site Safety and Health Officer. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a government security clearance, EM385-1-1 certification, 10–15 years of construction experience with at least 15 years in quality control or a related field, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, CCM or CQM certification, federal construction experience, and experience coordinating testing labs and third-party inspectors.
