Description
Roto North America is hiring a full-time Quality Control Manager to lead quality processes, inspection programs, compliance, nonconformance resolution, statistical process improvement, calibration, and scrap reduction in its Chester, Connecticut manufacturing facility. The role reports to the Director of Operations, works the 7:00 AM–3:30 PM first shift, and requires an associate degree in quality engineering or equivalent mechanical engineering studies, at least five years of manufacturing quality-management experience, leadership experience, SAP experience preferred, and a valid driver's license. The position offers an annual salary of $85,000–$90,000 and medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, retirement, and other benefits.
