Description
The Quality Control Manager will lead quality control activities for an electrical construction project in Central Texas, overseeing inspections, testing, documentation, non-conformance management, and readiness for commissioning and energization. The role coordinates with project leadership, field supervision, commissioning teams, and client representatives while remaining within Hays Electrical Services’ defined scope. It requires 5–10 years of experience in electrical construction, QA/QC, or commissioning support, along with knowledge of electrical standards and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
