Acero Precision is hiring a full-time, on-site Quality Control Manager in West Chester, Pennsylvania, to lead inspection activities for precision-machined medical device components and assemblies. The role oversees first-article, in-process, and final inspections; maintains quality documentation and calibration records; supports ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance; leads material review board activities; investigates non-conformances; and mentors quality personnel. Candidates need at least five years of quality experience in precision machining or manufacturing, blueprint and GD&T skills, FAI and inspection experience, and a high school diploma or GED. The position pays $35.00–$45.00 per hour and includes shift differentials, health and dental benefits, paid training, and other employee benefits.
