Bosch is seeking a highly skilled individual responsible for leading all available resources to ensure an effective Quality Control Program. The role involves creating strategies to reduce internal issues, improving customer quality, ensuring product and manufacturing compliance, and utilizing various quality methodologies like Dynamic Control Plans, Q-methodologies, Problem Solving, and Continuous Improvement Techniques. This position requires substantial product and manufacturing process knowledge, expert problem-solving methods, high-level understanding of customer requirements, and excellent moderation and communication skills.
