Description

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Project Coordinator for the Central Everglades Planning Project (CEPP) Everglades Agricultural Area (EAA) A-2 Reservoir in Palm Beach County, Florida. This role involves leading and directing QC staff and testing activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards. The coordinator will operate in a project management capacity within the QC department, overseeing staff, scheduling, reporting, and testing coordination while supporting QCM.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 5–8+ years of experience in construction quality control, materials testing, or heavy civil construction.
Prior experience leading QC teams, coordinating field staff, or managing testing programs preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong understanding of construction materials testing (soils, concrete, asphalt) and applicable standards (ASTM, AASHTO, etc.).
Familiarity with DOT, municipal, or federal project requirements is a plus.
candidates with USACE experience will be prioritized.
Proficiency with construction and reporting software (e.g., Viewpoint, HCSS, Primavera P6, or similar systems).
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
OSHA 30-hour certification preferred or ability to obtain.
