Description
The Meat Processing Quality Control Supervisor oversees daily quality control activities in a meat commissary, including inspections, regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, corrective actions, sanitation verification, audits, recalls, traceability, and quality reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of quality control, food safety, or meat processing experience, and knowledge of USDA, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP requirements. The position pays $20–$25 per hour and includes an insurance package after 60 days and paid time off after one year of full-time service.
