Form Energy is hiring a Quality Control Supervisor to lead daily quality control operations at its high-volume battery manufacturing facility in Weirton, West Virginia. The role supervises Quality Control Technicians, ensures accurate and compliant test execution, supports root-cause investigations and corrective actions, manages technician training and competency records, and drives continuous improvement and compliance. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing quality or volume manufacturing leadership experience, metrology and test equipment experience, and familiarity with industry quality standards. The position is onsite, offers relocation assistance, and provides medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees.
