Description
The role manages personnel and workforce planning, participates in personnel and CAPEX planning, handles customer complaints and deviations, leads projects, maintains audit readiness, and ensures compliance with standards, legal requirements, and internal regulations. It requires technical vocational training or advanced technician/master-craftsman qualification, at least five years of comparable experience with leadership responsibility in a quality-related environment, quality-management knowledge, testing and measurement expertise, basic manufacturing knowledge, and English proficiency. The position also requires leadership, communication, analytical, and methodological competencies.
