Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a Quality Supervisor for its San Jose facility to lead Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Control inspectors. The role plans workloads, monitors productivity, trains inspectors, reviews manufacturing documentation, investigates defects, manages quality KPIs, supports shipment requirements, and coordinates with Engineering and Manufacturing. Candidates need a college degree with at least one year of supervisory experience or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of supervisory experience; electronics manufacturing, PCBA, or related manufacturing experience is preferred. The position pays $75,000–$85,000 USD and may require access to export-controlled technical data.
