Description
The Quality Control Supervisor leads and trains quality control inspectors, inspects raw materials, in-process items, and finished products, maintains quality records, and coordinates corrective and preventive actions. The role also troubleshoots production and quality issues, supports audits, and recommends process improvements. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, while 3–5+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience and prior supervisory experience are required or strongly preferred.
