Description
Snowline Engineering is hiring a full-time Quality Control Supervisor to supervise inspection personnel and inspect precision-machined products through first-article, in-process, and final inspection. The role uses CMM and other precision measuring instruments, documents out-of-tolerance results, maintains quality records, coordinates with customers and vendors, supports rework, and trains Quality Assurance employees. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, related-field education or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of GD&T and supervisory experience, familiarity with precision measurement equipment, and strong communication and math skills. Compensation is $30.00–$40.00 per hour depending on experience, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, vacation, sick, and holiday benefits.
