Precept Wine & Spirits is hiring a Quality Control Tech for its bottling line team at Waterbrook Winery in Walla Walla, Washington. The role performs quality control analysis of finished goods and tank samples, follows laboratory and manufacturing procedures, maintains documentation, inspects products and operations, ensures compliance with safety and quality policies, and communicates with production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and management teams. The position requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, the ability to lift 40–50 pounds, extended hours and weekend availability, and the ability to stand for long periods and cross-train across bottling line functions.
