Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is hiring a Quality Control Technician in Leonard, Texas to oversee project quality control, implement and monitor QA/QC programs, review contract specifications, inspect workmanship and materials, maintain quality assurance records, and participate in contractor QA/QC meetings. The role requires heavy civil construction experience, knowledge of Army Corps of Engineer projects, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, and compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
