Description
The Quality Control Technician examines raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products for defects and deviations from standards. The role performs basic electrical, reliability, and packaging tests; documents and logs results; maintains quality records and databases; conducts incoming inspections; supports corrective and preventative actions; and collaborates with production and plant management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with frequent physical activity and early, late, and weekend shifts.
