Description
Overhill Farms is hiring a Quality Control Technician II to inspect incoming food ingredients, work areas, and environmental conditions in its food processing plants. The role performs laboratory testing of raw materials, intermediate and finished products, documents results, rejects or places holds on defective shipments, monitors sanitation and temperature standards, and conducts pre-operational equipment inspections. The position reports to the Quality Control Manager, is non-exempt, and requires at least two years of experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or nutritional industry, basic regulatory knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and English proficiency.
