DreamFields is hiring a Quality Control Technician in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts to inspect cannabis products before, during, and after manufacturing; classify and document defects; verify compliance with company, legal, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards; and support corrective actions and process improvements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in cannabis or a similarly regulated industry.
