Kepak is hiring a full-time, permanent Quality Controller for its St. Merryn beef-processing facility in Bodmin. The role works from 6:00 a.m. until production finishes, Monday to Friday, and involves monitoring and inspecting production processes at the Critical Control Point (CCP) stand, testing products, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, maintaining inspection records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires prior quality-control experience, knowledge of CCP standards and food safety regulations, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively; HACCP knowledge is desirable but training will be provided.
