Duco is hiring a Quality Coordinator to improve production and supplier quality, coordinate supplier validation and technical requirements, analyze and optimize assembly processes, resolve quality-related production problems, and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and R&D. The role reports to the Quality Manager and requires a technical bachelor's or master's degree, around three years of similar experience, Dutch and English fluency, and strong analytical and project-management skills.
