The Quality Controller bridges the quality system and daily production in a growing food-production company. The role combines administrative work with hands-on quality checks, sampling, GMP monitoring, record verification, deviation follow-up, complaint handling, and audit support. It requires a bachelor's-level education, 3–5 years of relevant quality experience, HACCP and IFS knowledge, Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time and offers a salary of €2,600–€4,000 plus a company car or mobility budget, meal vouchers, employee discounts, a mobile phone, pension insurance, training, and autonomy.
