Form Energy is hiring a Quality Controls Test Engineer to support analytical method development and deployment, electrochemical and manufacturing data analysis, dashboards, root-cause investigations, reporting automation, and continuous improvement at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, West Virginia. The role requires 1–3 years of experience supporting engineering, quality, or laboratory operations, familiarity with statistical methods, technical documentation, and basic programming or scripting; a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a similar field is a plus. The position is onsite, with relocation assistance and full-time medical, dental, and vision premium coverage.
