Description
The Quality Coordinator monitors and improves the quality of machines and components throughout production, inspecting blades, raw materials, supplier components, and finished machines. The role independently assesses quality compliance, investigates defects, coordinates with Engineering on technical drawings, advises operators, coaches staff, and helps develop inspection systems and quality data. It requires a bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent technical experience, relevant production experience, technical-drawing literacy, and strong quality judgment. The position is full-time and permanent, with 40 hours per week, vacation and insurance benefits, meal vouchers, and bicycle-leasing support.
