Description
The Quality & Safety Coordinator monitors and improves quality and safety processes, evaluates procedures and risk analyses, follows up on deviations and incidents, prepares reports, advises employees and managers, translates regulations into practical work methods, and promotes safety awareness and continuous improvement on the work floor. The role requires education in Safety Science, Quality, or a comparable field, knowledge of safety policies and regulations, strong communication skills, independent responsibility, and preferably English proficiency. It offers a gross salary of €3,043 per month based on 40 hours, a fixed day shift from 07:30 to 16:30, vacation days and pay, travel reimbursement, and a pleasant cafeteria.
