Description
The employer is hiring a Quality Coordinator (Shipbuilding) to monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, create and maintain test plans and inspection documentation, coordinate inspections and approvals with classification societies, customers, and contractors, document quality deviations, and initiate corrective actions. The role also collaborates with production, engineering, suppliers, and the Quality Department to improve processes and align on quality KPIs. Applicants need a technical apprenticeship or degree in shipbuilding or a comparable qualification, several years of quality assurance experience, knowledge of relevant standards and QM systems, MS Office and ERP skills, and fluent German and English.
