The Quality Department Manager will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the Quality department at Rheinmetall’s Berlin site, including personnel development, qualification, and employee leadership. The role defines quality objectives and standardized requirements, establishes plant-specific process guidelines, coordinates quality matters internally and externally, and oversees product quality. Candidates need an engineering degree, several years of quality assurance or quality engineering experience in metalworking series production, senior leadership experience, knowledge of quality methods and ISO 9001, DGQ qualifications, fluent English, and SAP knowledge.
