InterSystems is hiring a Quality Development Manager to lead and mentor up to twelve Quality Development Engineers responsible for HealthShare software quality, testing, automation, and continuous improvement. The manager will provide personnel leadership while remaining a hands-on technical contributor, overseeing testing across Scrum teams, addressing testing gaps, improving automation and AI-assisted test coverage, and representing customer needs. The role requires a computer science or equivalent STEM degree, 8+ years of industry experience, SDLC, Agile, application development, databases, object-oriented development, cloud, debugging, and code review expertise. The position is based in the United States, with an estimated base salary of $119,000–$178,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
