Digital Control Incorporated (DCI) is hiring a Quality Electronics Technician to support quality initiatives across electronics and PCB manufacturing operations. The role investigates and repairs nonconforming electronics, performs component-level troubleshooting and soldering/rework, conducts inspections and testing, analyzes root causes, supports quality documentation and training, and drives LEAN-based process improvements under ISO 9001 QMS requirements. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years in technical quality and 5 years in electronics manufacturing, strong diagnostic equipment and schematic-reading skills, and familiarity with Six Sigma, ERP, and quality software.
