The Quality Engineer will lead process change management for product, process, equipment, material, and supplier changes in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role oversees change control documentation, risk assessments, APQP/PPAP support, cross-functional reviews, customer change notifications, audits, quality-data analysis, and launch readiness. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and at least three years of quality engineering experience, with IATF 16949, core quality tools, and automotive customer requirements expertise.
