Description
Super Steel is hiring a fully onsite Quality Engineer in Mequon, Wisconsin to support metal fabrication, welding, paint, machining, assembly, and quality systems. The role owns ISO 9001:2015 compliance, interprets blueprints and GD&T, prepares PPAP, APQP, control plans, and PFMEAs, leads 8D and other corrective-action efforts, supports inspections and process troubleshooting, analyzes defect trends, and collaborates with production, engineering, customer, and supplier teams. Candidates need at least five years of quality, engineering, welding, or fabrication experience, strong blueprint and GD&T skills, and must be able to work within commuting distance of Mequon without U.S. sponsorship.
