Description
The Quality Engineer will drive product and manufacturing quality, support new product introduction, develop inspection and process documentation, analyze yields and defects, manage customer and supplier quality issues, lead root-cause and CAPA activities, maintain compliance with quality management systems, and support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. The role requires at least two years of quality engineering experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, contract manufacturing, or a related environment, along with knowledge of statistical analysis, SPC, process capability, PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP.
