John Deere is hiring an onsite Quality Engineer for its Waterloo, Iowa manufacturing facility. The role supports production containment, inspections, quality procedures, critical-process monitoring, quality planning, control, continuous improvement, and reporting of quality metrics. The position requires at least one year of related quality or manufacturing engineering experience, knowledge of quality tools and gear or shaft manufacturing standards, ability to interpret complex drawings and GD&T, statistical analysis, and closed-loop corrective action. The engineer must work the third shift, and visa sponsorship is not available.
