Description
The Quality Engineer will review supplier performance, initiate continual improvements, conduct internal and third-party audits, manage corrective actions and nonconformance reporting, validate product conformity, support receiving and final inspection, and investigate quality escapes and safety issues. The role requires aerospace quality experience, knowledge of ISO, AS, FAA, EASA, and DoD regulations, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. It is based at AAR's Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, Illinois, with a planned relocation to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago in early 2027, and offers a base salary of $76,000 to $85,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.
