Description
Molex is hiring a Quality Engineer (AQP) in El Salto, Jalisco to support new product launches and product development. The role leads cross-functional teams in developing PFMEAs and control plans, coordinates process validation and Run@Rate events, supports metrology and new-product disposition, performs statistical and process capability analysis, defines quality standards, leads root-cause investigations, and partners with supplier quality teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least three years of quality engineering or related experience, NPI or product-launch experience, and familiarity with quality planning and problem-solving methodologies.
