Description
The Metallurgical Engineer will develop and analyze high-volume heat treatment and phosphate coating processes for steel bars, castings, and forgings; apply materials science and thermodynamics; develop quality-control methods and statistical analyses; use heat-treatment and inspection equipment; support the IATF 16949 quality system; provide employee training; address customer concerns; and prepare reports. The role requires a bachelor's degree in metallurgy or materials science, one to five years of relevant experience, problem-solving and SPC skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
