Description
The Quality Engineer will develop, implement, and manage nonconformance and corrective action programs; serve as the primary contact for quality issues from internal operations and customers; identify root causes; implement, monitor, and prevent recurrence of corrective actions; and support continuous improvement of quality, inspection, and manufacturing processes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, experience with aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing, quality management systems, root-cause analysis, customer corrective actions, statistical analysis, dashboards, and certification or Lean/Six Sigma experience. The position reports to the Director of Operations and requires ITAR eligibility.
