Avancez Assembly is hiring a Plant Quality Engineer to support manufacturing-floor quality activities and provide quality leadership. The role leads cross-functional investigations, corrective actions, APQP verification, MSA, error-proofing, audits, problem-solving, customer communication, and short-term quality initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 10+ years of experience, 3+ years of AIAG APQP experience, and knowledge of quality tools, IATF 16949, Lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
