Arctic Cat is hiring a Quality Engineer in St Cloud, Minnesota to oversee quality across suppliers, manufacturing, and customer-facing operations. The role leads audits, vendor evaluations, manufacturing and field investigations, corrective and preventive actions, quality KPI monitoring, and cross-functional problem solving to improve product reliability and reduce defects. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or 10 or more years of relevant technical experience; Microsoft Office, CAD, ERP/MRP, and GD&T knowledge are preferred. The salary is $70,000 to $90,000.
