Base is hiring a Quality Engineer to support in-house manufacturing processes for its distributed-battery power company. The role involves defining manufacturing quality control plans, collaborating with engineering teams on design and process FMEAs, supporting ISO 9001 quality management systems, analyzing quality data, leading corrective and preventive actions, managing non-conformance and rework processes, and conducting audits. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, at least three years of manufacturing quality experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with SPC, MSA, and statistical data analysis.
